Description

The Teti Tape is waterproof, sweat proof, and can be worn for extended periods of time. It is a safer alternative to a binder, and when used with proper precautions, it reduces the risk of harming your organs.

Made with 95% Cotton + 5% Spandex, rolls are available from 5cm*5m to 15cm*5m. We recommend 15cm for larger chests.

Chest binding tape is a crucial tool for many trans, nonbinary and gender nonconforming individuals as they navigate their identity and self-expression. It plays a significant role in helping achieve a more affirming and comfortable appearance.

Chest binding tape offers a degree of versatility that traditional binders may not. It can be used with various clothing styles and outfits, making it more discreet and adaptable to different occasions. Unlike traditional binders, which can be bulkier and more noticeable, tape can provide a smoother and less conspicuous appearance under clothing. This discretion can be particularly important for those who are not out or do not want their gender identity to be immediately evident to others.

Using chest binding tape effectively may take some practice. Experiment with different methods and tape placement to find what works best for you.

Safety and Health Considerations: While chest binding tape can be effective, it’s crucial for individuals to prioritize their safety and well-being. Incorrect or excessive use of binding tape can lead to health issues such as skin irritation, bruising, or restricted breathing. It’s essential for anyone using binding tape to follow proper guidelines, take breaks, and prioritize their comfort and health.

IMPORTANT:

*Perform a patch test with a small piece of tape in a small area to check for allergies. Monitor your skin’s reaction for 24 hours.

*The tape should not stretch the skin when applied. Use the appropriate amount and seek assistance if it’s your first time.

*Applying a thin layer of magnesium milk to the skin (allow it to dry) before application is recommended if you have sensitive skin.

*It is IMPERATIVE to remove the tape with oil. You can use safe oils for your body such as Vitamin E, Coconut Oil, or Vegan Oils for the skin
