Shipping policy
Order processing time and shipping estimates are separate.
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the current situations with the pandemic and USPS there are many delays, we are not responsible for delays once you receive a tracking number for your package

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at titaniaadornments@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Keep in mind once the package is issued a tracking number it is in the hands of USPS and we are not responsible for lost packages. It is important to keep your tracking number on hand in case you have to open an inquiry with USPS about the location of your package.
