Shipping policy

Order processing time and shipping estimates are separate.

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to the current situations with the pandemic and USPS there are many delays, we are not responsible for delays once you receive a tracking number for your package

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Keep in mind once the package is issued a tracking number it is in the hands of USPS and we are not responsible for lost packages. It is important to keep your tracking number on hand in case you have to open an inquiry with USPS about the location of your package.

Refund Policy

After placing the order, you have a 2-hour grace period to make any necessary address corrections or size/color modifications. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately to assist you, or open a Support Ticket in your account. As we begin processing orders within 2 hours of receiving, we are unable to guarantee any cancellations after this time period. We do not offer refunds as every product is made especially for you.

The items we sell are handmade in small batches, with limited inventory and one of a kind pieces. We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations after the order has been placed.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
